A small and well-to-do suburb on Sydney’s lower north shore, it’s a peaceful residential enclave with charming single-family homes and some apartment buildings. Kurraba Point Reserve overlooks the water and has partial views of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. It’s a favourite location to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks.
