Elevation meets exclusivity
A position within a position
Mosman has long been defined by its relationship with the harbour, but within the Golden Triangle that relationship becomes particularly concentrated.
From elevated positions, views stretch across Middle Harbour and its surrounding headlands, while Balmoral and Chinamans Beach sit on either side of the broader precinct. It creates an unusual combination of outlook, privacy and access to the water without leaving the fabric of Mosman behind.
The geography is also finite. There are only so many homes occupying these streets, and even fewer combining the right elevation, aspect, land and outlook.
It is why the Golden Triangle behaves less like a broad suburb market and more like a micro-market of its own.
