Born and raised in the Southern Highlands with family roots that run deeper than most, Ned joined the Reece Woods team in 2026 as a Sales Associate — bringing with him a natural familiarity with the region, its communities, and the people who call it home. He knows the streets, the neighbourhoods, and the families who have shaped this part of the world across generations. That kind of grounding isn't something you can acquire quickly, and it changes how you show up for clients.

Ned's approach is direct and warm. He's out in the community — connecting with locals, getting to know potential buyers and vendors face-to-face — because he genuinely enjoys it. That ease comes through in every interaction, and it means clients meet someone who feels like a neighbour long before they feel like an agent. Supported by the structure and experience of one of the Highlands' most established sales teams, Ned is focused on developing the craft of real estate with the same commitment he brings to every conversation.

Away from work, he's most at home on the water — boating, waterskiing and fishing whenever the Highlands weather allows.
