Kayla brings more than a decade of experience across residential and commercial real estate, with a background spanning administration, contracts and marketing. It gives her a working knowledge of what each stage of a sale demands, and where the details tend to slip.

Part of Atlas since the brand began, she has worked across both the Sydney and Brisbane offices. Today, as Operations and Marketing Manager, she works alongside Director Jarrod Perry, overseeing the systems, compliance and marketing behind every Brisbane campaign. When a matter calls for an experienced hand, it comes to her.

Her approach is calm and practical. Whether she is refining a process or resolving an unexpected issue, she takes ownership, brings clarity and keeps people informed along the way.
