Having sold for these clients previously and achieving a great result, the bar was set quiet high for this campaign. Our stylists, Capstone Interiors, really showcased the properties best assets which was the unobstructed view and the large wrap around balcony. After being advertised on a Friday afternoon to the major portals, we had 16 groups come through for our first inspection which was completely unexpected due to the property not being exposed to the wider market for more than 16 hours. Over the next few weeks we had generated a large amount of interest in the property which was showcased at our auction where we had 13 registered bidders and the property selling $250,000 above the reserve price.
