The seller lived in New Zealand and required help with small renovations to the property. We project managed the painting, handyman jobs and styling after the tenant left the property. Due to the Federal Election and rising interest rates, we had fewer than expected through the property, however, we had better quality buyers. At the auction we had 3 bidders, with bidding reaching very close to reserve. We gave advice to the seller to pass it in and kept working with all 3 parties. This secured another $25,000 post auction and a contract that went unconditional in 4 days. The owner got the price they wanted and is now able to take the next step in their investment plans.
