While the block was above average, the house was mostly original condition and fronts a busy road. Initially, there were 2 sets of tenants in place. They vacated during mid to end campaign. Virtual Styling was used for 2 rooms. Water damage occurred mid campaign. Market saw this as a KDR or full renovation required. Yet the price achieved was in the mid range for 4+ bedroom homes in North Rocks at the time. We negotiated 3 extra bids from the final bidder in order to achieve the sale and meet the owners reserve.
