The Executor of the estate lives in VIC and the whole sale was managed via digital channels and zoom sessions. The property was tenanted, virtual styling was used in two room as an effective alternative to styling. During the campaign, the property suffered some storm damage. As the property needed to be sold, we actually advertised the reserve price during the last 12 days of the auction campaign. In the end it sold for almost 222k above the reserve.
