I was referred to this client after setting a record for a townhouse in an adjoining suburb. After meeting, we worked on the presentation of the property by painting it internally and organising styling. We had over 60 groups to the first Saturday open home and with huge amounts of enquiries, it wasn’t long before we had many offers to choose from. This resulted in a suburb record by over $100,000.
